Over 25 California Departments, 15 City or County organizations and numerous associations and non-profits have used Squaretree services to enhance their citizen mandates. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection required Y2K patches across the state in the tightest of time frames working with sites from the very well connected all the way to remote fire stations in the mountains. Squaretree set up an update service using Microsoft Systems Management Server that got the job done weeks in advance of the deadline. More recently Squaretree used Microsoft .NET to update a state wide program that helps manage the Forest Practices Act compliance program, another project that was on time, within budget and gave them more functionality than requested in the original specification.

At least 8 school districts have used Squaretree services include two that use a program for managing the services provided for Special Education and Sacramento City Unified where we complete redesigned and streamlined the Open Enrollment program creating far fewer frustrations in a difficult and important area for teachers, students and their parents.

Stand Against Domestic Violence is a non-profit with a very important mission, protection of spouse who are in dangerous situations. It is extremely important for them to manage the resources effectively and to securely manage the housing and protection of their clients. Squaretree took over a project in progress and delivered a program to manage clients, resources and legal efforts of the organization in a coordinated effort to meet the mission.
